Gynecomastia means breasts on a man. Female breasts on a man. Most men don’t really want breasts. It’s really the big secret, the big elephant in the room. There’s a lot of guys that have it and they’re very embarrassed by it and they really never tell anybody they’ve got it. In fact, there’s a lot of guys who where these pressure shirts to keep their breasts down so you don’t know they have them.
